This cake is a big hit every time I make it. Love the unique texture and taste. More moist and not as spongy. Worth the sifting of the brown sugar. Thank you for this amazing recipe.😊

In reply to Debby. You're right, but you know this cake has NO baking powder in its recipe. It's just Egg Whites, Sugar, Cake Flour, Cream of Tar Tar, Vanilla & Salt. Easy money. Easy to make and REAL easy to mess up. I know, I have been frustrated at these damn cake tins that are hard to handle.

This sounds very inviting. Angel food has been my favorite cake my whole life. There is nothing like a Angel Food Cake from scratch. I’m looking forward to trying your recipe with the brown sugar.
