					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve never heard of a chocolate chip carrot cake before so this one had me curious. The cake came out good. Only thing is I found it was too sweet and I don&#039;t think the juice from the crushed pineapple is needed. Next time I wil strain the juice and cut the sugar down to maybe to 1 cup or 1/2 cup. Also the batter can be poured into two bread pans :)]]></description>
