Hmmm…I’ve not made this in a bundt cake pan so I’m not sure. My guess is that maybe it is not completely done…or maybe this recipe isn’t good for bundt cake pan?

I always use a bunt pan. The cake appears to be perfect, toothpick comes out clean. I let it sit for 15-20 minutes,come back and the cake has fallen about 1 inch mostly around the middle piece??? I just made it again tonight and it sank again? It went out to a gathering for which I couldn’t attend so I didn’t get to taste it.
Please any help will be much appreciated.
