					<description><![CDATA[I LOVED this cake, and thought I had hit the jackpot on the perfectly moist, deliciously dark, not too sweet chocolate cake. I substituted my own homemade plain whole yogurt for the buttermilk, and a 1/4 c less sugar. The espresso/strong coffee was a fabulous addition and gave it a rich flavor. Bravo! I don’t want to try another chocolate cake recipe. It’s perfect (I did make a German chocolate frosting recipe for it).]]></description>

They stayed soft while the scratch ones got hard. I chilled the dough overnight and froze the peppermint patties. I just took some to a bake sale and everyone loved them there too]]></description>

With fresh tart cranberries vs. dried sweetened one, you really need the glaze to pull it though. Thanks for the recipe helping with my glut of eggs and ridding my freezer of cranberries.]]></description>

I do put mine in frig after choc layer...Just 15 minutes, cut up and place in a sealed baked goods container. Can&#039;t tell you how long it lasts on the counter, because It&#039;s always gone within a few days. I have been told I make the best around...lol, I use only hershey chocolate bars and only skipped peanut butter. I also use half n half instead of milk, or 2/3 cup fat free milk and 1/3 heavy cream. This caje is beyond greatness!!!  And very easy to make!! Thank you Julie!]]></description>
