					<description><![CDATA[I LOVED this cake, and thought I had hit the jackpot on the perfectly moist, deliciously dark, not too sweet chocolate cake. I substituted my own homemade plain whole yogurt for the buttermilk, and a 1/4 c less sugar. The espresso/strong coffee was a fabulous addition and gave it a rich flavor. Bravo! I don’t want to try another chocolate cake recipe. It’s perfect (I did make a German chocolate frosting recipe for it).]]></description>

I hate the taste of coffee, but I do use it in my chocolate cakes and no, you cannot taste it. If you&#039;ve ever had a slice of chocolate cake at a good restaurant and it had a nice deep chocolate taste to it, then it had coffee in it. Almost every single restaurant with chocolate cake, has coffee in it. All the coffee does, is bring out the richness and depth of the chocolate.]]></description>
