In reply to Juanita Young. Every cake mix is a little bit different, so ours said to use 3 eggs. If you'll notice on the ingredient list by the item "cake mix", it says to make sure to add the ingredients from the back of the box that you have.

The video shows 3 eggs for the cake mix and 3 eggs for the cheese mix but you only have 4 eggs in the recipe which is it

I just used a Tbs of vanilla extract. That is what is in my grandmother’s version of this recipe.
