I made this scrumptious lemon cake and icing for my soon to be son-in-law for his birthday. Loved this cake. My first homemade cake from scratch. I may have blended the cake a bit much. After having the cake for his birthday then put into fridge. Now it seems a little dense. Not sure if being cold or not enough baking soda or i blended too much. Still tastes great. Will make again.
