I used white cake mix, and added chopped walnuts and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla. Frosted with with cream cheese frosting. Delish! Only baked for 40 min and wooden pick in center came out clean. Used 9×13 cake pan.

I tried it last night using the betty crocker super moist carrot cake….it needed more eggs to bind. It tasted great but the cake was crumbly when sliced. I might have to make cake pops with it.
