I have tried 2 years in a row to make the pumpkin roll cake, and each time I didn’t have a thin tea towel, but the recipes said if you have a kitchen towel that doesn’t have lint you could use that. After making the cake and rolling it after unrolling it the cake is really wet or to moist on top, is that the use of a thicker towel? Love the cake it taste wonderful.
