This delicious, tender, chocolate loaf cake is made with zero gluten/grains or dairy! The base of the recipe is just 5 ingredients. This recipe is SUPER easy and your blender does all the work.
½cupgranulated sugar OR ¼ cup powdered stevia or erythritol for keto-friendly
dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolateoptional

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a 4x8-inch loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Add the eggs, baking soda, almond butter, and cocoa powder to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and completely mix, scrape down the sides as needed. Batter will be thick.
Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and spread out evenly.
Top with chocolate chips if desired, or ½ cup of chocolate chips can be folded into the batter. Can also top with flaky salt before baking if desired.
Bake for 27 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes clean when inserted into the center.
