SLOW COOKER PEACHES AND CREAM CAKE
So I’ve been all about peaches lately. Like absolutely been loving them. I bought some highly recommended peaches in Colorado on our recent vacation and they were so tasty that I knew when I got back home I kinda sorta wanted to hop on the peach wagon and make something delicious, but easy!
Slow cooker cakes have long been one of my favorite desserts! They are easy, you can set it and forget it and then all of a sudden with little to no effort you have this dessert that you can dig into and your overfilled with joy that you really didn’t have to work hard for it, but now you gotta work hard after you eat it, if you catch my drift.
Ok, so this Slow Cooker Peaches and Cream Cake is seriously one of the best flavors ever. Since peaches are all the rage now and it’s that time of year, I figured I’d show you guys my recipe that I fell in love with many many moons ago! Peaches and Cream is here to stay my friends, if you have never had peaches and cream then you are sorely missing out!
Like previously stated this cake is super easy to throw together. All you need is a can of peach pie filling, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, cake mix and butter. Say what?! I mean since when do you have a cake with minimal ingredients taste so good? Yes, slow cooker cakes taste amazing! For real!
This cake will be your next go to easy snack, dessert, midnight treat, you name it! Fun for all ages it is the perfect thing to throw together for company and you can easily switch it up with different flavors that the possibilities are endless!
- 1 21 oz can peach pie filling
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter melted
In slow cooker add your peach pie filling and spread to cover bottom.
In bowl mix together your cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until combined, dollop over peach filling.
Sprinkle your cake mix over the top of your peaches and spread out evenly.
Drizzle with melted butter, cover and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 5-6 hours.
