How to Make Cookies From Cake Mix:
Cake mix cookies are one of the easiest cookies to make. You don’t have to refrigerate the dough or do anything fancy. Just mix and bake!
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs and oil until blended.
- Add cake mix and mix well until completely combined.
- Fold in pecans and toffee bits.
- Drop by tablespoonfuls onto silpat baking sheets, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie.
You’ll bake the cookies in a 350º Fahrenheit oven for about 11-12 minutes. If you want the cookies to stay soft, don’t let them get brown.
Recipe Variations:
- Use any flavor cake mix you’d like.
- Add chocolate chips or butterscotch chips.
- Melt chocolate chips and drizzle on top of the cookies.
- Take two cookies and put ice cream between them for an ice cream sandwich.
